Jackson Roux

Jackson Roux is the Program Director at Hillside Detox Center. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Healthcare Management, strengthening his expertise in operational planning, leadership, and crisis response.

Jackson brings a structured and solution-focused approach to Hillside’s programming. With a deep understanding of how to manage high-pressure situations, he ensures that both clients and staff feel supported in a safe, stable, and responsive environment. He leads with consistency, accountability, and a true commitment to each client’s recovery.

Outside of work, Jackson enjoys staying active by working out and spending time outdoors fishing. He’s also a dedicated Red Sox fan and loves catching games whenever he can.
